ASBTDC–Little Rock
Arkansas Community Navigators (ACN)
It is a program that is part of the ASBTDC and that was promoted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as part of the American rescue plan of 2021.
The program is designed to remove the barriers caused by the COVID-19 pandemic that entrepreneurs and small business owners face in growing or starting their businesses.
ACN uses a community browser approach focusing on the following minorities:
- veterans
- Women
- latinos
- People in social and economic disadvantage,
- People in rural and urban communities.

Services
The recovery services they offer are the following: financial assistance, access to capital aid, assistance in contracting and acquisitions, marketing, operations and business development, export and import, industry-specific training, among other areas of technical assistance to help companies in stabilization and expansion.
The aforementioned services are completely free and for all residents of Arkansas.
